| RTL Group notes December 20th's announcement by Bertelsmann AG that it has decided not to proceed at this time with a public offer for the shares of RTL Group that are not already owned by it.
The Board of RTL Group will continue to manage the company for the benefit of all the shareholders, and is looking forward to further strengthening further its leading positions in television broadcasting, radio and production. |
